Lights out at midnight on all rental property & services.

           Each Parking Attendant:    $100.00 fee

           Property Attendant:           $25.00/ hour fee 

           Tent Rental:  (opt.)            $600.00 + late set-up fee (opt)

           Table Rentals: (opt.)          $10.00/ each

           Chairs (@ 100): (opt.)        Included with rental

           3 buffet tables:  (opt.)        Included with rental

* A Deposit of $500 along with your application reserves your date.  Remainder of balance is due 60 days prior to event. All discounts are deducted at final payment.
